Artist's Comments

This was done for a friend that I met at a room I frequent nowadays, and happens to be Danish, contrary to my native Canuckian citizenship.

Anyways, if you don't follow international news, there's been a somewhat diplomatic skirmish between Canada and Denmark for Hans Island, or in Danish, Hans Ø. This island is a pretty small, uninhabited, barren rock about 1.3 km², or 0.5 mi². It sits in the middle of the Kennedy Channel of the Nares Strait, which separates Ellesmere Island (Which is Canadian) from Northern Greenland (Which is Danish), and connects Baffin Bay with the Lincoln Sea.

Apparently, there's a competition of visitors leaving beer bottles and flags of the respective countries, so I figured it'd be fun for me to try my paw at making a mock standoff of me, Forepawz (The non-anthro foxwolf on the left) vs. Drakefox (The non-anthro fox on the right).

'nuff said. Enjoy

Drakefox belongs to Drakefox.
Forepawz belongs to moi.
